MAGZ Polymers has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Founded in 1984 by my father, Mr. Shaik Ghouse Basha, the company was built on a strong foundation of quality, commitment, and customer trust. Growing up around the business gave me valuable exposure to the manufacturing industry and the principles that drive long-term success.
After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, I chose to join the family business and learn the industry through practical experience. Under my father’s guidance, I gained insights into manufacturing operations, quality standards, customer expectations, and business management.
Since taking on a more active role in 2012, my focus has been on strengthening our manufacturing capabilities, expanding our product portfolio, and building lasting relationships with customers across various industries.
